Our Parents : Our Modern Day Hero

A loveable persons, always caring for us
Whenever we have cough, colds and other illness
You will ask already if we feel something bad
And that is what kind of parent you are for me

You are helping me to achieve my goal in life
And that is to be a doctor to cure illness
That is why you are very important to me
If you are not by my side, maybe I'm nothing

So now that I am here and studying in CavSci
I will not waste this chance and I will study hard
 I will do my best to graduate in this school
So that I could pay what you have done in my life

Music Therapy

               There are so many kinds of music nowadays. There are classical music, rock music, metal rock, hip-hop music, trance music, jazz music, folk music and many more.  Do you know what can music do to your life? How can it affect you work? How it make your work relaxing or not That are the questions that I want to know because I want to know if the music can help you. If it act as a therapy to you. 


               Sometimes. music can react as a therapy to us. For example, when we are stressed, just listen to a relaxing music and you will feel comfortable already while lying down on the bed. Us, when we are about to sleep, we left the radio open because it is more comfortable and relaxing to sleep when you are going to sleep. When we wake up early in the morning, our mind is clear and we feel also very comfortable. For me, music can make me happy. It makes my work easier because I am relax and I am not rushing. I am making it slowly while listening to a old songs. It is really very relaxing and you can do your work more accurate. That is the effect for me.


               So, if I am you, listen to music so that you can feel what I can feel while doing work and listening to music at the same time. It is for sure that you will fell relax and comfortable. Try to recommend it to your parents if they are stress after their work. You can use this also if you are stress after classes.
